Serbian Orthodox Monastery at Pec, Kosovo

The Serbian Orthodox monasteries are the main reason Serbian claims Kosovo.  They have soldiers protecting each monastery.  Most of the people of Kosovo are Albanian and Muslim.

Our tour, which covers three countries, Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia covers areas that are mostly inhabited by Albanians.  Albanians are ethnically different from the Slavs that occupy the rest of the Balkans and Albania largely escaped the war that erupted in Kosovo and Bosnia- Herzogovina.
